Proven Stretching Exercises Height Increase in a Month

There are a lot of so called proven ways to help you increase your height which are being sold in the market today. However, based on my vast experience on how to grow taller naturally, I only recommend you perform stretching exercises to add inches to your height. Why did I say this? I've encountered and tried almost all height increasing products being sold because it has been my life goal to add even just 2 more inches to my height. All artificial ways proved to be a big failure. The only program that made a real difference in my growth is when I followed Grow taller 4 idiots system of growing taller naturally and safely.

Here are 2 more stretching exercises to help your height increase in just a month. A combination of these stretches with more advanced techniques has been proven to help you grow at least an inch as early as 4 weeks.

1. Before you get out of bed in the morning, lift your lower body and rest it in your elbows. When you have achieved proper balance do a 60 second pedal motion in the air. See the illustration.

2. Release the tension in your neck joints by slowly performing head rotations. Start by touching your chin to your chest then go slowly far back left, to the back, then to your right, then back to your chest again. Go as far back as you can to remove the pressure and stretch your neck joints.

Performing these stretching exercises will help you grow taller in conjunction with the more advanced techniques. Do this every morning when you wake up and before you go to sleep at night.
